Yes I am having trouble but its because I've been out of class for over 30 years. I have to try very hard and am making my own flash cards so I can practice with a friend. I love the fact that I go at my own pace and will be able to work much harder when my work season slows down which is next month. I just keep practicing when I can and will continue to work hard. Thanks for being supportive!

The speaker goes so fast that I have to pause it and listen over and over to learn to pronounce the entire sentence. Also, during the test it gives the English word/phrase and asks you to pick it in Spanish. I love this because it is what I will actually have to do when working but I wish the rest of the course was this way also. I feel like I can read and understand way more than I can say because of this set up.

I try to say some phrases and words with my daughters who are learning in their schools as well as at work.I definitely am better at reading and recognizing the words then when I hear them. Trying to put the whole sentence together is sometimes difficult too.I get bits and pieces of the sentence. I am starting to see that there are patterns in some of the sentence construction and that tends to help. I am enjoying the program very much as I can do it on my own time, I just need to try to plan on the times to sit down on a more regular basis.

I have been unavailable to continue the course for a couple of months. Despite it all,I am back to finish. I love the course very much.
